Support the onboarding process for new hires by setting up HRIS profiles, completing new hire scheduling, and coordinating orientation logistics.
Assist with offboarding processes by tracking company property returns and assisting with exit procedures.
Assist in maintaining employee records including HRIS updates and employee documentation, learning compliance requirements, and adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Contribute to company programs such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Wellness initiatives by providing administrative support.
Manage our People Team inbox and Slack channel, including answering inquiries and connecting employees with the right People Team member to support.
Support the Manager, P&C in key programs such as Performance Evaluations, surveys, and participating in the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Support the creation of HR reports by gathering data on employee metrics.
Assist with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, as needed
