Provide outstanding customer service to clients (order follow-up, information requests, billing inquiries, etc.)
Provide administrative support to the department (management of promotional items, document archiving, customer account setup, report writing, sending budgets, etc.)
Review call-for-tender files from initiation through submission
Ensure price validation, update price changes in the SAP system, and communicate them to sales representatives
Analyze quotation requests to provide fair pricing to clients
Keep the contract tracking table up to date
Analyze transportation rates and customer profitability
Support the sales team with their daily requests
Perform any other related duties
Requirements
2–5 years' experience in sales representation
Excellent written communication skills
Proven experience in client development
Strong computer skills (Excel and Microsoft Office Suite)
Bilingual – French and English, spoken and written
DEC (College Diploma) in Sales, Business Management, or other relevant training combined with professional experience (an asset)
Solid knowledge of the aviation and fuels sector (an asset)
