Act as an operational owner responsible for safeguarding the business entity, managing operational risks, ensuring business continuity, and making key operational decisions.

Facilitate effective execution of company-wide initiatives and operational priorities.

Oversee and coordinate support functions including HR, Finance, and Legal.

Ensure effective management of office spaces, infrastructure, and workplace environment.
Lead procurement processes, ensuring cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Implement operational reporting frameworks and performance dashboards, providing leadership with visibility into KPIs, risks, and progress against strategic objectives.

Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, General Management or Finance.
10+ years of experience in operations and/or finance roles, preferably within high-growth tech companies, startups, or R&D-driven environments.
Strong financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and operational reporting.
Proven operational leadership with experience in process optimization, KPI management, and scaling operational systems.
Experience managing procurement, vendor relationships, and supply chain operations within technology organizations.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics), MS Office, and data analysis tools.
