Workflow engineering: You design, build and maintain simple and complex workflows and forms directly in the HR Autopilot — always closely aligned with user needs and internal project management.
API & interface management: You are the mastermind behind our integrations. You understand the requirements for APIs and bots, dive deep into third-party system landscapes and define customer-centric solutions for data flows — and can help implement or support these solutions.
Translator between worlds: You capture new requirements and structure them into clean technical tickets (user stories & acceptance criteria) so our development team knows exactly what to do.
Product evolution: With your deep understanding of customer feedback, you actively help shape the roadmap and provide valuable input for the ongoing development of our platform.
Quality anchor: Through continuous testing and optimization you ensure that implemented processes run error-free and deliver maximum impact for the customer.
Team collaboration: You work hand in hand with project management, onboarding and developers to prioritize requirements and drive the implementation of new features.
Requirements
Analytical communication skills
Proven experience: You have worked as a Business Analyst, technical customer success manager, or in a comparable interface role — ideally in a SaaS environment.
Process understanding: You love logic. You have a deep grasp of workflows, form logic and process-driven systems and can "untangle" them.
Documentation expert: You excel at documentation. You can translate complex topics into tickets so developers can get started without follow-up questions.
Strong communicator: You speak "business" with customers and "tech" with the team. You can explain complex solutions clearly and present them confidently.
Solution-oriented mindset: You don't wait for instructions; you proactively identify optimization potential and find pragmatic ways to make customers happy.
Tool affinity: Confident use of ticketing systems and modern collaboration tools is natural for you.
