About this role
Role Overview
design and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for the Global Account Management org
own the global strategy for renewals and upsells
lead the development of a programmatic approach to customer health
bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Support
act as the executive sponsor for strategic global accounts
recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing global team
Requirements
15+ years of leadership in Account Management or Customer Success
deep understanding of Internet infrastructure (CDN, Security, Cloud, Edge computing)
proven track record of scaling global teams and implementing tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight)
expert-level experience in high-stakes contract negotiations
organizational savvy in a matrixed environment
BA/BS preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
