Lead, structure and strengthen Pró-Frotas' Inside Sales commercial operation, ensuring the performance and results of outsourced service professionals and quality of execution aligned with business objectives, aiming to maximize conversion, expansion and customer experience.
Serve as the focal point for Pró-Frotas with the outsourced partner, ensuring that agreed activities are executed in day-to-day operations;
Manage performance indicators for volume, reactivation, expansion, delinquency, service SLA and other opportunities within the served customer portfolios;
Analyze the opportunities funnel, cascade objectives and monitor progress with the team;
Identify performance gaps and propose recovery plans to restore results;
Continuously analyze and filter the customer base served by Pró-Frotas Inside Sales;
Conduct governance rituals/meetings with the partner, ensuring alignment with Pró-Frotas' operating strategy and any necessary adjustments;
Propose improvements to the service script and the Inside Sales sales journey;
Work in synergy with other commercial coordinators within Pró-Frotas management;
Support the process of requesting service invoices from strategic networks;
Ensure ongoing training and continuous integration of the outsourced team with Pró-Frotas.
Requirements
Experience: Commercial (hunter and farmer sales profiles); internal sales experience is a plus.
Soft skills: Communication and relationship-building, strong results orientation, data analysis capability, people management.
