Lead the annual and quarterly strategic planning processes for the Revenue organization.
Help drive weekly cadences with clear ownership and outcomes.
Partner with the EVP Revenue Operations to define revenue growth strategy and priorities.
Translate corporate objectives into revenue initiatives, roadmaps, and execution plans.
Identify strategic opportunities to optimize revenue growth, productivity, and market expansion.
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the EVP of Revenue Operations.
Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and strategic presentations.
Support leadership decision-making through data analysis, modeling, and scenario planning.
Drive alignment between revenue leadership and other executive stakeholders.
Establish and manage revenue performance frameworks and KPIs.
Analyze revenue drivers, pipeline performance, and operational efficiency.
Develop insightful dashboards, reporting, and executive-level metrics.
Recommend initiatives to improve sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Strategy teams.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve go-to-market effectiveness and revenue operations.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and leadership workshops.
Help drive a repeatable, scalable and predictable program management cadence across key initiatives in Revenue Operations.
Track progress against strategic priorities and ensure accountability across teams.
Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Translate insights into strategic recommendations for revenue growth and market positioning.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in strategy, revenue operations, consulting, or business planning.
Experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
Background in strategy consulting, SaaS/technology companies, or revenue organizations preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive recommendations.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Strong stakeholder management and influence without authority.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
