Handling incidents, service requests and changes in direct contact with customers.
Support and administration of Windows servers, networks, M365, Azure cloud services and virtualization solutions.
Implementation of projects — from client and server rollouts to more complex infrastructure and security solutions.
Active participation in standardizing and automating our IT services.
Close collaboration with your team to keep our customers' IT environments modern, stable and secure.
Requirements
Experience administering IT systems and networks.
Knowledge of servers, backup solutions and security.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
Good communication skills for collaborating with customers and colleagues.
High motivation and self-initiative to drive projects forward independently.
