Using AI, the intern will review existing Gong customer call data and build upon several early-stage models to determine whether existing clients will churn or renew
Ideally this analysis will inform a larger model to provide an early warning signal to CS about customers threatening to leave
Working with CS and data engineering to find data surrounding key customers we want to evaluate
Running models through Claude to determine which approaches produce the most predictive outcomes
Creating PowerPoints to summarize the results of the project for management
Suggesting changes to the process to improve and strengthen our existing models and data practices
Requirements
Background or coursework in data, analytics, math, computer science, business, or a related field
Interest in data analysis and AI applications
Familiarity with tools like Excel; SQL or similar is a plus
Experience or comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills for presenting insights
