Generative AI Performance Management: Design, monitor, and analyze KPIs for all Generative AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Critical and Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analyses of AI project results, identify trends, optimization opportunities and potential risks, and translate them into actionable insights for leadership.
Optimization and Solution Proposal: Propose and implement continuous improvements to AI governance and management processes using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and advanced analytical tools.
Data Storytelling and Communication: Prepare and present executive reports and dynamic dashboards, clearly and concisely communicating the performance and impact of AI initiatives to diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives and technical teams.
Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Mentor and upskill junior and mid-level analysts in business analytics and AI governance practices, fostering a data-driven and innovative culture.
Requirements
Critical Thinking and Analytical Ability: Proven ability to challenge data, identify complex patterns, and draw logical, strategic conclusions.
Experience in Business Analytics: Solid experience in business analytics with a focus on performance metrics, data modeling, and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
Knowledge of Generative AI: Understanding of LLM concepts, diffusion models and their applications, as well as familiarity with AI governance and ethics challenges.
Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies (agile and traditional) and experience tracking OKRs.
Tools and Languages: Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python/R for data manipulation and analysis).
Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
