Monitor and collect overdue insurance premiums using reports and internal systems, ensuring progress in credit recovery;
Conduct negotiations with clients, brokers and policyholders, seeking solutions to regularize outstanding debts;
Calculate interest, issue boletos (bank payment slips) and monitor agreed payments;
Control and monitor policy cancellation processes due to non-payment, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
Add and remove records with credit protection agencies (e.g., SERASA) in accordance with current policies;
Assist clients and partners (brokers), providing support on collection-related matters and debt regularization;
Refer cases to judicial collection, preparing and forwarding necessary documentation to Legal or external law firms;
Prepare and update management collection reports, including delinquency indicators, agreements reached, and receivables forecasts;
Follow the collection workflow and operational procedures defined by the area, ensuring standardization of activities;
Support the achievement of team SLAs and contribute to organizing operational tasks;
Identify opportunities to improve collection processes, contributing to increased efficiency and results.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Basic knowledge of insurance is a plus;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Excel;
Experience with SAP is a plus.
