Define, refine and prioritize product backlog items based on business value.
Act as the primary point of contact for the development team to clarify business rules, workflows and features.
Understand the needs of business areas and propose solutions to problems, translating them into clear, feasible requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
Represent stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring their needs are reflected in deliverables.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, etc.).
Validate deliveries against defined acceptance criteria.
Prepare presentations and reports.

Experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst or similar role.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Knowledge of Product Discovery techniques (Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Decantation Tank, Lean Inception, Opportunity Tree, Sprint Zero, Scrum Pre Game, among others).
Ability to prioritize with a focus on business value and maintain product vision.
Excellent communication, organizational skills and ability to align across teams.
Familiarity with backlog and requirements management tools, especially Azure DevOps.
Organized and analytical mindset.
Preferred: PO certification (PSPO, CSPO) or process improvement certifications (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma).
