Business Product Owner Advisor, PBM Operations

Role Overview

• Serve as the key interface and liaison between the business sponsor and technology counterparts
• Responsible for accuracy and comprehensiveness of business requirements
• Contribute to business requirements for new and existing systems
• Apply new technical tools to support business within digital and communication BPO space
• Provide input on technical design of new and existing applications
• Participate in meetings and release planning to ensure successful adoption
• Communicate and report on progress with stakeholders

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5 years experience with program management or product owner preferred
• Knowledge of agile methodology preferred
• Proficiency in Jira preferred
• Business, technical and financial acumen preferred
• Excellent communication (oral and written), facilitation, presentation, and organization skills required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required
