About this role

Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing and due diligence materials, including pitch books, PPMs and DDQs, maintaining a consistently high standard of quality and accuracy
Build a strong understanding of Hayfin’s strategies, investments and market positioning to support effective investor communication
Support fundraising processes end-to-end, coordinating inputs across teams and ensuring timely delivery against key milestones
Produce clear, well-structured analysis on fund structures, investor requirements and market dynamics to inform product positioning
Partner closely with investment, legal, finance and operations teams to deliver accurate and commercially relevant client materials
Support the delivery of investor communications, including responses to due diligence and ad hoc information requests, in a timely and professional manner

Experience in private markets, investment banking, asset management or a related field (From internships and/or a permanent position)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and numerical ability
including proficiency in Excel
Interest in financial markets and investor relations
Relevant educational background (e.g. Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Economics or Business)
