About this role
Role Overview
Support the development and implementation of sales strategies for the German market
Identify and capture new business opportunities through targeted acquisition of wholesale customers (e.g., network operators, carriers)
Advise on and market technical upstream/wholesale products from the Gamma SIP portfolio
Source and participate in tenders/RFPs
Achieve individually agreed sales targets
Manage wholesale customers such as network operators and international carriers
Conduct customer meetings, trade shows, presentations and contract negotiations in the field
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Participate in marketing activities focused on target markets
Monitor the market, perform competitor analysis and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering/Technical, Product Management, Procurement and Legal to deliver customer-specific solutions
Requirements
Experience in sales, ideally in B2B or telecommunications (knowledge of network technologies, products and the competitive landscape)
Willingness to travel (flexibility for field and customer appointments across Germany) and a high degree of self-motivation
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative, equal-footing partnerships
Structured working style and strong closing skills
Very good written and spoken German
Good written and spoken English
