Holistic project responsibility for demanding interior and furniture construction projects
Primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and project partners
Financial management of projects, including cost, schedule, cash flow and quality control
Responsibility for claims and change order management (in coordination with on-site construction management)
Ensuring compliance with defined project objectives
Selection of suitable subcontractors and active coordination of their services to ensure smooth project execution
Close collaboration with internal project teams (Cost Engineers, Executive Management)

Degree in Wood Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or further training as a technician with relevant professional experience
Structured, solution-oriented way of thinking and working
Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
Very good MS Office skills; MS Project desirable
Confident handling of Gantt charts
