About this role
Role Overview
- Procurement and ordering of technical products and services
- Communication and collaboration with the sales team, materials planning/dispatch and company management
- Controlling of orders, goods receipts, invoices, prices and delivery times
- Quality monitoring as well as negotiation of orders and quotations with suppliers and service providers
- Monitoring procurement processes, product availability and inventory levels
- Maintenance of price lists and master data
- Cooperative partnership with international suppliers and service providers in German and English
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in purchasing is an advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Careful, structured and independent working style
- Team player with commitment and loyalty
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems desired
- Very good German skills, good English skills
