Community Experience, Merch Coordinator

Role Overview

• Conceptualize, plan, and lead thoughtful creator relationship touchpoints
• Proactively identify and execute creator gifting opportunities
• Own end-to-end execution of creator gifting initiatives
• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and budgets
• Brainstorm, develop, and lead creator merch initiatives
• Work with the marketing team to create and manage swag and merchandise materials
• Identify opportunities for brand partners to contribute products to creator gifting initiatives
• Support gifts and branded merchandise for Statusphere’s brand contacts
• Partner with Creator Social and Community teams
• Build and maintain a scalable creator gifting playbook
• Track and analyze creator engagement, retention, and gifting campaign KPIs

Requirements

• 1-2 years of influencer, brand advocacy programs, or social media marketing experience
• Familiar with design tools such as Canva (or other platforms)
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field
