Coordinate the physical and financial planning of sanitation projects and construction works (WTPs, WWTPs, water and sewer networks, transmission mains, pumping stations and associated infrastructure).
Design and manage PMO (Project Management Office) routines for the engineering portfolio.
Prepare and consolidate engineering and construction schedules (master and detailed planning).
Develop and track project and construction performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare management reports and executive presentations for the board and stakeholders.
Support governance and standardization of planning, control and reporting processes.
Integrate information across areas such as engineering, procurement, finance, operations and contracts.
Conduct technical site visits to projects and works when required.
Support CAPEX planning and monitoring of the investment portfolio.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Sanitary, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
Experience in planning and control of infrastructure projects and construction (preferably in sanitation).
Experience managing a project portfolio (PMO).
Experience with planning and control tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, advanced Excel or similar).
Valid driver's license.
Availability to travel.
Experience with sanitation concessions or infrastructure projects.
Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management (PMP, MBA or similar).
Experience in CAPEX planning and corporate project governance.
