Project Organization: Use Asana to coordinate with the team and ensure campaigns and projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.
Marketing Research: Conduct research to support the Senior Content Manager, including data on campaigns, candidates, and voter registration.
Administrative Support: Manage marketing assets, coordinate meetings, and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks across cross-functional initiatives.
Event Coordination: Handle event logistics such as registering team members for conventions, coordinating swag, and briefing the team on objectives and key takeaways for each event.
HubSpot Administration: Track marketing campaign performance in HubSpot and deliver actionable insights to improve future efforts.
Content Support: Assist with creating and distributing marketing content.
Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team and other departments to align messaging and maintain consistency across all channels.
Requirements
2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
Committed to leveraging technology and data products to help Democratic candidates run for office and win, empower progressive causes, and increase civic participation
