Support execution of change management activities across multiple finance initiatives
Own and deliver core change management deliverables including communications, training materials, stakeholder analysis, and readiness artifacts
Execute established change plans across finance functions such as Order Management, Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, procurement, sourcing, and workplace services
Conduct and maintain change impact assessments to identify process, role, and system impacts
Support training planning and development across multiple stakeholder groups
Partner with project teams, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to support alignment and business readiness
Execute communications to keep stakeholders informed throughout implementation
Support GoLive readiness and post-GoLive activities to drive adoption and minimize disruption
Provide ongoing support across additional finance programs and smaller initiatives as they arise
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on change management experience
Experience supporting or working within finance organizations
Proven ability to independently own and deliver change management deliverables
Strong experience developing communications, training materials, and readiness assets
Experience working within established change frameworks
Experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations (SAP preferred, BRIM a plus)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across different programs
