Support activations, trade shows, and brand experiences, ensuring quality in execution.
Track basic indicators (attendance, satisfaction, deliverables) and prepare post-event reports.

Hands-on experience organizing corporate or institutional events.
Experience working with vendors, production, and operational follow-up.
Participation in medium

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in organizing and executing end-to-end events, from planning through post-event (including vendors, schedules, logistics, and results tracking).
Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining organization, quality of delivery, and meeting deadlines.
Experience managing vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
Experience with event management and registration platforms, with the autonomy to configure, operate, and troubleshoot.
Familiarity with hybrid or online events, including basic support for streaming and participant interaction.
Ability to prioritize in dynamic scenarios, handle unexpected situations, and make quick decisions.
Proactive and collaborative attitude, with strong communication skills to interact across areas and ensure smooth execution.
Availability to work flexible hours for events (including outside regular business hours, when necessary).
