- Leading complex, high-risk, and/or sensitive confidential investigations across EMEA
- Conducting end-to-end investigations
- Analysing and synthesising evidence to make factual findings
- Supporting misconduct disciplinary processes
- Leading on conflict management support
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience
- 5+ years directly managing complex employee relations issues
- Extensive expertise in managing complex employee relations issues across EMEA
- Experience advising all levels of management on complex employee relations decisions
- MBA/MA or JD preferred
