Role Overview
- Further development of the sales division for a B2B SaaS product
- Acquisition of new customers and expansion of customer relationships
- Development and implementation of effective sales strategies
- Close collaboration with the marketing and product teams as well as consultants
Requirements
- Enjoy interacting with customers via inbound and outbound channels
- Initial experience in sales, ideally in SaaS and/or the HR sector
- Interest in digital products and modern software systems
- Degree in psychology, social sciences or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
- Experience using LinkedIn for sales is a plus
- Reliability, commitment and drive
- Very good German and English skills
