Role Overview
- Support our Dutch customers — by telephone and via online support systems
- Respond to all software-related inquiries and develop practical solutions
- Communicate independently with other departments
- Conduct online seminars and project training sessions; create training concepts and training videos
Requirements
- Fluent in both German and Dutch, spoken and written
- Enthusiasm for technology and IT
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Enjoy interacting with customers and willingness to help
- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach
