Act strategically within Corporate Facilities, responsible for in-depth analyses, management of outsourced contracts and direct support for the development and evolution of area processes.
Lead development, improvement and standardization projects for processes and asset management.
Perform critical data analysis, identifying root causes, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Prepare strategic recommendations with action plans, prioritization and impact assessments.
Manage deliverables, timelines and interfaces with internal areas and suppliers.
Monitor and review Facilities service contracts: scope, KPIs, SLAs and price adjustments.
Track supplier performance using indicators, monthly measurements and audits.
Ensure delivery compliance and report deviations with a technical and analytical perspective.
Support the creation of standardized processes, management models and operational routines.
Conduct periodic operational efficiency analyses focused on cost reduction and improving the user experience.
Work with a strategic perspective, proposing structural improvements and innovation to the management model.
Contribute to the maturation of Facilities governance across the business units.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Facilities Management or related fields.
Postgraduate degree in Facilities/Project Management/Lean (differential).
Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI desirable.
