Role Overview
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI, conversions, and client KPIs
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Communicate directly with clients, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports
- Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams to improve creative performance
- Support campaign expansion across additional platforms such as LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads (if applicable)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, A/B testing, and performance metrics
- Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Confidence in client-facing situations and ability to build trust
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Go High Level (GHL CRM)
- Familiarity with Canva for basic creative edits
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid platforms
