Requirements
Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience positioning Modern Workplace solutions
Experience in consultative sales of complex IT, cloud, or digital workplace solutions, ideally complemented by business development experience, and the ability to communicate these clearly and appropriately for the target audience
Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and, together with specialists, translate them into tailored customer solutions
Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills at the decision-maker level
Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
High customer and service orientation and a strong commitment to quality
Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
