Executing high-volume data operations with precision, including:
Deduplicating and merging records (Contacts, Accounts, and custom objects).
Performing bulk updates and backfills across Salesforce.
Updating and correcting lookup relationships between records.
Cleaning and standardizing datasets imported from CSVs or external source.
Using deduplication tools (such as DataGroomr) and Salesforce native deduplication to design and executing structured deduplication workflows.
Identifying and resolving missing or incomplete data, broken relationships between objects, conflicting or duplicate records.
Performing ongoing audits to ensure Salesforce remains a reliable source of truth.
Acting as a primary executor for Salesforce requests, such as fixing incorrect records/relationships, updating fields and statuses based on business needs, supporting campaign builds and outreach lists from spreadsheets, troubleshooting data-related issues impacting reports or workflows.
Triaging and completing a steady stream of operational tickets with speed and accuracy.
Serving as a key point of contact for end-user support, including debugging Flows, permissions, and data issues.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Execution teams to ensure CRM reflects real-time activity.
Developing a strong understanding of how Salesforce supports investor and client activity tracking, transaction and pipeline workflows, reporting and analytics.
Supporting initiatives such as backfilling missing data, updating lifecycle fields and statuses, ensuring consistency between different data sources.
Identifying patterns in repetitive manual work and propose improvements.
Balancing speed of execution with long-term system scalability.
Performing daily administration and maintenance of the Salesforce environment, including user management, data integrity checks, system health monitoring, security settings.
Supporting onboarding of new Salesforce users.
Working closely with developers and analysts to design effective solutions to business challenges.
Developing documentation, training materials, and support user adoption of Salesforce best practices.
Requirements
2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, ideally within large enterprise or financial services environments.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent certifications.
Strong experience with data-heavy Salesforce work, including deduplication and record merging, bulk data updates and backfills, managing lookup relationships and data consistency.
Strong proficiency in building, maintaining, and debugging advanced Salesforce Flows.
Proficiency in SOQL for data validation, analysis, and debugging.
Experience supporting data imports, pipelines, or backfills.
Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, including custom objects.
Highly organized and detail oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
Strong process documentation skills and the ability to translate business needs and propose technical solutions.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder.
Advanced SOQL skills and a foundational understanding of Apex.
Experience with other CRMs or integrations with ERP systems.
