Lead day-to-day social media execution across Instagram and Facebook.
Create and edit short-form video content, including Reels, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling-driven posts.
Design and produce static posts, captions, and supporting creative assets.
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximize output.
Maintain a consistent and high-quality posting cadence across channels.
Plan and manage the content calendar across Instagram and Facebook.
Schedule and publish content consistently.
Ensure timely posting around product launches and key brand moments.
Bring forward content ideas and suggestions based on trends and audience engagement.
Identify high-performing content types and recommend improvements.
Help guide content direction so the founder is not responsible for day-to-day ideation.
Monitor engagement and basic content performance metrics.
Collaborate with the founder to align on brand voice and creative direction.
Gradually reduce the founder’s direct involvement in social media operations.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation.
Experience managing and growing branded social media accounts.
Experience with ecommerce or product-based brands is a plus.
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook content performance and engagement.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Creative and execution-focused approach to content production.
Proactive mindset with confidence suggesting ideas and improvements.
Reliable and consistent in output.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Strong storytelling ability, especially for behind-the-scenes content, is a plus.
Familiarity with TikTok or other short-form content platforms is a plus.
Interest in Disney or theme park culture is preferred but not required.
