You are responsible for developing and optimizing construction workflows and project schedules across all project phases
You maintain and update schedules and prepare planned-vs.-actual comparisons
You provide technical support to construction sites on location
You analyze and improve planning and execution processes using Lean methods
Requirements
A completed degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (Bauingenieurwesen) or Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
Initial professional experience in construction execution at a construction company or a project management office, e.g., through working-student roles or internships
Basic knowledge of Powerproject, LCM Digital or comparable software
Strong team orientation, confident presence and excellent communication skills
