Support the Diagnostic X-Ray business as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, securing and refining the DXR BU strategy.
Lead the strategic planning process, enabling faster decision-making, smarter problem-solving, and sustained competitive advantage.
Act as a catalyst for change with leadership and teams to ensure strategy execution and operational excellence.
Oversee the development of short-term and long-term business strategies, aligning resource allocation, technology adoption, and business processes with strategic goals.
Establish and execute the strategic plan for DXR, defining short-term and long-term objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to develop market forecasting, business development, and alliance management strategies.
Identify, create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategy effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years’ strategy leadership experience and/or continuous improvement and transformation experience within a large/complex commercial organization.
Bachelor's degree ideally in a related field.
An advanced degree, ideally an MBA, is highly preferred.
