The Global Social Marketing Manager will define and scale the company's worldwide social media strategy, ensuring a cohesive global presence while supporting local execution across various regions.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge Global and Local: Act as the connective tissue between global strategy and local execution. You will empower Local Marketing Managers by providing the tools, assets, and guidance needed to land our narratives in specific regions
- Scale Creative Campaigns: Professionalize our marketing to reach the creator audience at scale, leaning into "creative chops" to build brand perception and revenue acquisition
- Drive Operational Excellence: Coordinate and lead key rhythm-of-the-business beats, including MBRs, QBRs and Creative Reviews, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
- Expand our Footprint: When a new market is launched, you will support the RFP process and lead the efforts to build marketing channels from the ground up, ensuring a successful launch for the creator ecosystem in that territory
