About this role
Role Overview
- ensure the effective and efficient support of global processes in the area of SAP authorization concepts
- support SAP end-users with resolving arising authorization issues
- collect all relevant information for raised issues, analyze root cause and propose solution to 2nd Level Support if needed
- provide SAP access management support for missing or locked users
- provide access management support in case of missing role/job function assignment
- raise requests to 2nd Level Support for user creation/unlocking/change of user parameters
- contribute to the continuous improvement processes which also reflects your personal mindset
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Finance and P2P business processes
- 1-2 years in the area of process management (FiCo user support)
- Good end user knowledge in SAP systems like SAP R3, SAP BW, SAP GRC
- Interest to gain experiences in SAP Security and SoD compliance
- Experience in SAP authorization support is a plus
- Strong English skills
