Drive the implementation and governance of employment compliance programs, including immigration, regulatory reporting, and HR policy management
Oversee all immigration processes in partnership with external vendors and maintain our global HR handbooks to ensure they reflect current practices and local laws
Ensure we are always audit-ready for EEO-1, VETS, BLS, and other state/country-specific filings
Lead HR audit programs and develop robust SOPs and playbooks to create a culture of continuous improvement
Partner with internal teams to streamline data reporting, making compliance more efficient and tech-driven
Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in HR compliance, risk management, or immigration
