Role Overview
- Reviews and triages incoming items including IRB submissions and COI disclosures
- Conducts pre-review of IRB submissions to evaluate for missing materials
- Supports COI disclosure process and reviews COI disclosures against research portfolios
- Drafts COI management plans
Requirements
- U.S. work authorization required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 24 months of combined IRB and COI experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of federal research compliance regulations
- Knowledge of conflict of interest federal regulations
- Effective time management to meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
