Field Service Technician, Entry Level

Role Overview

• install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment
• deliver exceptional service to ensure customer retention and superior customer service
• work independently with provided training

Requirements

• great work ethic
• willingness to learn new skills
• basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems
• ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis
• moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools
• proficient in laptop and cell phone technology including Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel
• valid driver’s license
• occasional overnight travel is required
