Advise project managers, HR business partners, and employees on deployment planning, cost estimation, and compliance obligations for short-term business travel.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies and processes for managing business traveler populations.
Liaise with Corporate Tax and Legal teams to assess permanent establishment risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor travel patterns, stay lengths, and tax/social security thresholds to proactively identify and address compliance risks.
Oversee all phases of immigration processes for business travelers.
Manage tax filing processes, tax reconciliation, and social security compliance for business travelers in collaboration with external providers.
Prepare regular business traveler compliance reports and analytics for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in global mobility, tax, immigration, or related compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of international tax, immigration, and social security regulations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday)and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bilingual in English and French is strongly preferred.
