Role Overview

• Coordinate duties to support impeccable service operations
• Review and co-ordinate activities to respond to requests
• Communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings
• Manage filing and storage of documentation
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and legal requirements
• Initiate and follow up on activities as required by vendors
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data and produce reports

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge in a specific process area
• Working in a shared service organization
• Operational excellence and a customer service focus
• Data processing, computer applications or call center applications
• Communicating and interpersonal skills, taking initiative
• Analysis, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Mandatory first experience(s) in recruitment
