Develop training content and programs focused on sales techniques and in-store execution at the point of sale (POS)
Train promoters and field teams in customer approach, sales messaging and argumentation, conversion, and product merchandising/display
Conduct in-person and online trainings nationwide
Plan training schedules according to commercial and regional priorities
Monitor field team performance indicators to identify training needs
Propose development plans to improve execution and sales results
Ensure standardization of approach and execution practices at the point of sale (POS)
Support special initiatives, product launches and campaigns with targeted sales force training
Measure training effectiveness through performance indicators and field team progress

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields
Previous experience training sales teams or promoters
Experience in Trade Marketing, retail, or the consumer goods industry
Experience delivering both in-person and online training
Technical knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques; proficiency with Microsoft Office
Availability to travel
Ability to develop content, standardize best practices at the point of sale (POS), and improve field team performance through strategic training
