About this role

Serve as a primary HR consultant to Senior Director-level leaders
Translate business goals into actionable people strategies
Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve organizational structures
Act as a trusted coach to senior leaders
Leverage people analytics to identify trends
Lead high-impact HR processes including performance cycles, talent reviews, and compensation planning
Spearhead complex, cross-functional HR projects

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources OR Management Consulting
At least 3 years of client-facing consulting experience
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar talent strategy role (preferred)
Proven experience influencing and coaching Senior Director-level leaders
Experience with organizational design, change management, or workforce planning
Strong communication and presentation skills
