Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (HR Business Partner)
- Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Good understanding of the local market and its resources
- Comprehensive expertise across the employee lifecycle
- Advanced English skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to operate with sound judgment in ambiguous environments
- Strong business orientation
