Control quality: cost, schedule, safety, compliance

Requirements
Degree equivalent to BAC+2 to BAC+3 in building construction or civil engineering (or equivalent) with professional experience in a similar role, project delivery, or asset management
Provide building expertise: structural works, finishes, building services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical), fire safety, asbestos, etc.
Project management skills: coordinate, negotiate, plan and drive project delivery
Knowledge of public procurement / public contracts
Recognized for strong organizational skills and a rigorous approach
Excellent written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to other software
Driving licence (category B) required
