LegalOn Technologies is redefining how legal work gets done with a platform that combines AI models and expert legal content. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to manage systems, processes, and reporting to support their Growth team and improve execution through data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize our marketing technology stack to support rapid GTM growth and enable seamless lead management
- Develop and refine marketing operations processes, including lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of marketing technology solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, email automation, and performance tracking
- Maintain clean and organized marketing and sales databases, providing regular analytics and insights to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of marketing operations experience in a fast paced environment, preferably at a startup or scaling SaaS company
- Proven mastery of Hubspot, Google Analytics, Clay, Zapier and other marketing automation tools
- Ability to analyze marketing performance data, uncover actionable insights, and translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the legal/legaltech industry is a big plus!
- Experience with Webflow and basic proficiency with JS/HTML
