About this role
Role Overview
- Support influencer curation based on briefs and social listening analyses
- Contact and negotiate with influencers and agencies
- Assist in drafting proposals and defining scope for influencer campaigns
- Prepare briefs, monitor deliverables, manage timelines, and oversee activations
- Track campaign performance and results
- Validate content and liaise with internal teams (account, media, creative)
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Previous experience in influencer marketing
- Experience with digital campaigns and social media
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing multiple talent profiles
- Analytical profile for interpreting metrics and results
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and influencer platforms (a plus)
- Must have an active CNPJ (Brazilian business registration) and be available to start immediately for a freelance project of up to 6 months
