Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed Diamond Door revenue and profitability targets.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across truck body manufacturers, trailer manufacturers, fleet owners and national fleets, last mile delivery companies, rental & leasing companies and specialty door markets.
Grow existing accounts through relationship-building, cross-selling, and account management.
Serve as the primary point of contact and provide product expertise, technical guidance, and solution-based recommendations to support customer needs.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and pricing in alignment with company standards.
Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely updates on activities, forecasts, and opportunities.
Coordinate closely with operations & production to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.
Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
Requirements
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, fabrication, construction products, or industrial doors.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to read & understand technical product features.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft tools.
