Role Overview
- Lead and develop a team of five (3 accounting clerks, 2 credit controllers).
- Lead month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tax, legal, and credit management activities within the cluster.
- Contribute to project design, coordinate central and local stakeholders, and drive the harmonization of financial processes.
Requirements
- Qualified and experienced in accounting, tax, and legal matters in an international context.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a leadership role.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
- Experience working in a multinational, multilingual environment, preferably within the Benelux and France.
