As an outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's sales success, directly responsible for growing sales dollars and expanding market presence within your assigned territory.
Spend four days a week in the field engaging with customers and managing a territory-based call cycle and one day in a home office setting.
Building strong relationships with buyers, presenting compelling sales opportunities, and executing effective sales strategies will be key to your role.
Regular travel is required to meet face-to-face with accounts in your territory, with additional travel as needed.
You will be accountable for achieving territory sales goals, new item placements, and account development.
Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed these goals.
Maintain proactive, solution-driven communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven ability to sell, negotiate, and build lasting client relationships.
Strong business acumen, with experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Comfortable working independently and making decisions in a fast-paced sales environment.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory (four days per week in the field).
Interest in natural/organic food and products.
Strong written communication skills.
Flexibility to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines with a positive attitude.
Ability to lift 40 lbs when handling promotional materials or setting up displays.
