Create compelling business development materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and client-facing presentations.
Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person experiences, including pre
and post-event strategies.
Evaluate, select, and manage industry conferences to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and ROI.
Maintain and elevate brand standards, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all touchpoints.
Manage internal marketing resources and/or external vendors as business needs evolve.
Own the marketing budget, track ROI, and continuously optimize spend based on performance.
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and improvements.
Anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and operate with a high level of accountability and ownership.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ to 5 years of lead marketing experience, preferably in professional services or consulting.
Proven experience in startup or mid-sized environments, ideally within accounting or professional services, with direct involvement in sales support and revenue-driving marketing initiatives.
Proven track record of executing with ownership and delivering measurable business results.
Demonstrated success in building an inbound pipeline and supporting outbound marketing initiatives.
Strong background in content creation, digital marketing, and campaign strategy.
Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyze performance and optimize for results.
Strong alignment to sales and revenue goals, with experience partnering closely with sales teams.
Experience managing websites, social platforms, and marketing technology tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
