Drive initiatives that reduce healthcare utilization while enhancing member care and experience
Lead the design and implementation of workflows that prioritize member outcomes
Partner with CFO, Clinical team, and CGO to ensure new initiatives optimize operational efficiency
Collaborate with all functional areas to identify inefficiencies and implement streamlined workflows
Support development and delivery of training programs that equip teams with new knowledge and skills
Leverage internal and external data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance member care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in healthcare management, project management, or a similar role focused on strategic initiatives and cost-reduction in healthcare settings
Proven ability to align strategic efforts with organizational values
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions
Experience with healthcare IT systems, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Project Management Workflow systems, etc.
Familiarity with Salesforce, housing documentation systems, and health plan portals.
